Aware of the stakes involved in a company’s presence at a trade fair, show or exhibition, technistand uses its skills to enhance the value of its customers and optimize their budget. Before talking concretely about your exhibition stand, we study your objectives in order to fully understand them and make them our own:

YOUR EXHIBITION STAND, STEP BY STEP
The preparation of a call for tenders raises the need for a specifications document. This document describes as precisely as possible the issues, the expectations of the advertiser, i.e. you.
The specifications are generally composed of several parts. We will find there:
- A presentation of the company and its products and services
- A presentation of the context, the exhibition and the company’s objectives to participate in the event (corporate presence, presentation of a new product, etc.).
Information on your marketing objectives, communication, messages to be promoted,
Information about the place. The surfaces envisaged, the constraints, the number of spaces to be fitted out (reception, office, showroom space…) with details on the needs in equipment, furniture, electrical outlets…
The specifications may include indications on decoration, orientations concerning the atmosphere, the use of specific materials, photos of previous stands or those that inspire you.
Environmental expectations. The use of recyclable, eco-designed, reusable materials.
Economic constraints (budget)

FIRST DISCOVERY INTERVIEW
During this essential step, we define your target, we understand your ambitions, we draw a portrait of your competitors… Through in-depth questions, we get to the heart of your business and your company, in order to get to know you better. Your company’s philosophy and vision are also important to us, as is a thorough knowledge of your products and services.

2: STUDY OF THE TECHNICAL ELEMENTS IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE YOUR VISIBILITY
How will visitors move around your exhibition stand ? What elements should be highlighted in relation to the positioning of the stand in the exhibition hall and in relation to the other stands and surrounding elements (entrance, cafeteria, entertainment, conference rooms, toilets, etc.). It is about maximizing each opportunity to enhance the value of your company and optimize your presence during the event. Then, we look at the technical constraints, which we carefully study: product dimensions, storage facilities, office positioning, etc.

TECHNICAL AND AESTHETIC CONSIDERATIONS
This step allows us to propose concrete recommendations. It leads to the first sketches and an initial proposal. Plans, 3D views, computer-generated images will be proposed to you, accompanied if necessary, by a board of materials or furniture.

MODIFICATIONS OR ADAPTATION
After agreeing on our offer, the project will be refined, to improve or transform various elements, in the light of your observations.

RETRO-PLANNING AND DEADLINES
Being aware of the project deadlines, we establish a retro-planning that includes specific dates, file delivery by your graphic designers, product delivery, or other important steps in the process. These elements are shared with you, for complete visibility over the entire project.

PROJECT KICK-OFF
At this stage of the project, technistand takes an interest in the smallest details and ensures that nothing has been forgotten. In addition, we ensure, for you, the tasks related to your presence at the event (exhibition, fair, trade show): validation of plans with the organizer, security form, technical pre-orders….

STAND ASSEMBLY
This step is crucial, because this is where the exhibition stand takes shape, the technician’s project manager is present from beginning to end of the assembly, orchestrating all the professionals necessary for the success of your exhibition stand, and ready to solve any possible problem. Present until the time of handing over to your team, and assisting them in their installation if necessary, the project manager will provide your reception and exhibition space.

DISMANTLING OF THE STAND AT THE END OF THE EVENT
As environmental directives need to be followed, our teams dismantle and treat waste in compliance with these directives, recycling what can be recycled, reusing certain materials for a second life, on your exhibition stand or on another.

STORAGE
When this is planned in advance, or as part of a reusable stand, all or part of the exhibition stand will be packed, or put back in crates, to be stored in good conditions. Thus, from one year to another, or from one exhibition to another, we ensure the storage and repair, if necessary, of your stand.
